Small scaly lesion on hands and legs.
More concentrated on legs and hands,
itchy lesions.
Male patient aged 29yrs, having this complaints, I gave him virechana in February month. But not good response.
Lesion are hard to touch and rough.
shamana chikitsa I gave a course of
Arogyavardhini rasa
Melanorm
Aragwadhadi kashaya
And application jeevantyadi yamaka ointment
And vsora oil
Patient will not have outside food, only home made food.

History -
Mother - H/o Dysmenorrhoea, me and my Guruji suggested her for Ayur treatment, not taken. Conception after Gynec Rx. Twin pregnancy, patient survived, other dead.
15 days back pt was shown to Paediatricion for routine immunisation. He suggested USG abd. Moderate hepatomegaly with speenomegaly, and mesentric lymph nodes seen.
What could be the reason ? Is it because of food habits ? Is there any connection between her illness with mother's dysmenorrhoea and obstetric history ?

A female patient of 43 yrs age have a Thyroid nodule of 4.7 cm which is since 17yrs and slowly increased in size from 2.8 cm to 4.7 cm at present in all these yrs. She was on levothyroxine for 12 yrs but stopped it 4 yrs ago and values are normal.
Patient is a allopathy Gynaecologist practising in USA.
Biopsy is done three times and it is benign, but her surgeon suggested for surgical removal and she wants to try for Ayurveda medical management.
She visited AVP coimbatore 2 yrs ago and they suggested her Chandra prabhavati and kanchnar guggulu which she took for 4 months and stopped.
Please give your inputs, if you had any experience of treating such kind of case.🙏

Jathroordhwa indication as well as indicated in arbuda
Have used it in a patient who came with loss of voice due to thyroid growith and he was fine for one year
Loss of voice or aphasia started again after a year and he had to go for surgery
Since the pathology is gambheera dhathu gatha,use of guggulu thiktha ghritha will be useful
Co prescription can be varanadi ghritham or kashayam as well as Arogyavardhini
U can make a combination of gtg with varanadi for 15 days
And gtg with Arogyavardhini for fifteen days
