Female patient ..Age 29 yrs old

C/o.. Severe Headache
          Neck stiffness
          Photophobia
          Nausea
          Burning sensation on face
          Left eye paralysed.......

Dr.pradp Noori:
Is left eye paralysed during the headache episode?

This can be independent pathology or only one .

⚡️Rule out neurological or rumour itiology by MRI head to neck.
⚡️Cervical problem
Pittaja shirashoola
⚡️Just a nerve compression or demilination or infection in and around eye .

Jayakrishna Kulamarva:
CSF needs to be looked into, meningitis to be ruled out

Dr.venu:
If there is fever or history if fever, has to be Meningitis.
Doesn't be any cervical relation.
Better start Trilokya chintamani 200 mg 8 th hrly for 3 days then 12 th hrly for 3 weeks, with Gritabharjita hingu and pippali Anupana
Don't attempt any external procedures initially.
Has to attemt after 3 weeks only.

🌿🌿Visited on 24th afternoon..

With symptoms of

Severe HEADACHE
NECK STIFFNESS
PAIN IN NECK REGION
PHOTOPHOBIA
BURNING SENSATION ON FACE
NAUSEA
UNEBALE TO STAND FOR LONG TIME
MILD FEVER
Heaviness in face
Paralysed Lt eye.......

Gave सुवर्ण सुतशेखर रस 1 tab stat

And send to opthalmologist for opinion...

His Diagnosis was
        *Meningitis with 6th nerve palsy*

After that Patients relative took  consultation from Neurophysician in Kolhapur...

His diagnosis was same as mentioned above........
He advised to admit patient in higher center like Ruby Hall pune...Pune-kolhapur distance is 230 km....
And adviced investigations
Patient rejected the to do Lumber puncture and admission ...

Again came to me ...Then as advised by neurophysician patient was admitted in higher center " Kankayan Ayurveda Chikitsalaya Kolhapur."

In evening...
       We started treatment
        1. Suwarn Sutshekhar ( patient get mild relief in headache and heaviness in face after first dose so continued)
        2. सिराव्यध from rt hand...

        After siravyadh ...Patient get relief in
       Neck pain....Only on left side
       Burning sensation on face...
       Mild relief in headache..
Other symptoms continued...
      This was the first day of treatment

🌿On 25th.......2nd Day

All symptoms continued
         except Lt.neck pain....It was effect of सिराव्यध
         So decided to do सिराव्यध from rt.side.but after siravyadh we didn't get immediate relief like first procedure.....
          Suwarnsutashekhar  continued......
             .In the evening patient complaints about naseua (it is very common in meningitis)
After that adviced to do chardi वेगउदिरण taking two glass of water..... सध्यवमन.....Done by patient and she got mild relief from all symptoms......

After that I adviced two table spoon of महातिक्तकघृत after food

No sutshekhar no other any treatment..... only महातिक्तकघृत

🌿🌿On 26th morning at 6 am

Patient started walking in the porch of hospital........

We continued same treatment for 15 days....All symptoms relieved 70 % eye movement recovers after 2 months eye movements became normal...

It was old case from Dr.Dilkhush Tamboli's DK Files......
