Siva kshara pachana churna ( Ayurveda Nibandha Mala)
Ingredients : Hingvastaka Curna, haritaki, Sarjiksara.
Indications : adhmana , udara sula.
Dose : 3 to 4 gm. with meal or after meal.
Anupana : (a) at leals time to be taken with ghee with the first
morsel.
(b) after meals and at bed
time to be taken mixed with water.
