Hi Gud Evng Dr's. This is Dr. Vidya... Age.. 30yrs..i have 2 kids.. After delivery I have gained nearly 15kgs weight present weight is 74 kgs ... Am suffering from severe breathlessness since 3 months with wheeze sounds..in emergency case I am taking deriphylline and decadron injection... OrT. Montelukast  for temporary relief.. Like Lakshmi Vilas ras, seethophaladhi, kanakasava, vasaristam, khadiraristam, gandhak rasayan..etc..but selection of formulation is very important in tamaka swasa...

Recent days Grab( green remedies)..very effective formulation in respiratory problems...

Another drug yastimadhu ghana vati... excellent formulation in respiratory tract infections...

But selection of drug mainly depends on Agni mala..
