Ayurvedic detox diet
Detoxing your body helps in a number of ways. It strengthens your immune system, helps your body function better, gets rid of toxins and helps you function much more efficiently. But there is a fine line between detoxing your body and starving it. We interviewed Dr. Nisha Manikanthan, Ayurvedic expert at The Art of Living, and asked her about the Ayurvedic way to detox.
